Ann's Heart is a Phoenixville non-profit on a mission to provide a place of welcome and human services for all Phoenixville area people. The Home of Education, Arts, Resources, and Technology (HEART) is a former elementary school that has been re-imagined into a community education center and commercial kitchen. HEART Kitchen provides food to those in need. Crafted Grains partners with the HEART Kitchen to create our snacks and to share nutritious food with our community.
